Our Process

All our furniture is handcrafted in the heart of the Cotswolds by our highly skilled team of craftsmen.

 

PROCESS AND DESIGN

To begin, we take time to understand our client’s vision and provide a quote to them. Once we have received their order we set to work designing the furniture.

 

 

PROCUREMENT

Our furniture is always made-to-order or bespoke so we often have to secure additional materials needed to complete each piece such as upholstery fabrics and wooden components.

 

 

BUILDING THE FRAME

Our carpenters then set to work cutting and building the wooden frames in our wood mill.

 

 

PREPARING THE FRAME

Once the frame is assembled, our upholstery team set to work adding springs and foam for comfort and shaping.

 

 

SEWING

Our seamstresses then begin pattern making and cutting the desired fabric, ready for covering the furniture.

 

 

UPHOLSTERY

Lastly, the furniture is carefully upholstered.

 

 

FINAL QUALITY CHECK

Our furniture won’t leave our factory unless it has been executed to the highest quality. All our handcrafted furniture is made to last.

 

 

PACKAGING

We package all of our furniture safely and securely before it is delivered, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.

 

 

WHITE GLOVE INSTALLATION

Consider using our white glove installation service which ensures a seamless and stress-free delivery, involving careful unpacking, assembly, placement in a desired location, and removal of all packaging debris by our professional team.
